Ice cream was first created 4 thousand years ago in China with ingredients made from rice, spices, compacted ice, milk and smooth cream. It is said that the upper classes were those who consumed it, this because the ingredients were difficult to obtain. But over the years, many ways to prepare it have emerged and this time we bring you an easy and healthy recipe so you can enjoy a healthy dessert at home.




Low calorie fruit ice cream
A good way of making healthy ice cream
Equipment
- Blender
- 3 jars or serving bowls
Ingredients
- 200 ml milk Potentially use skin milk
- 2.5 tbsp milk powder
- 100 g strawberry
- 60 g blueberries
- 1 pcs mango
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Wash and cut 1/2 the fruit into small pieces (do not cut blueberries)
- Put milk, milk powder, sugar and the whole strawberries and blueberries into the blender and blend for 3 minutes
- Transfer into serving glass / container
- Add the mango, strawberries and blueberries to the mixture
- Put in freezer until frozen - approximately 3 hours
Notes
You can also freeze in an ice cream mold with wooden sticks in. If you need to transfer the ice cream to a plate use a plastic container instead.
